Online orders and gift cards

Online orders and gift cards are processed by Square (Block, Inc.) on a separate website. Square’s own terms of service and privacy policy apply to those transactions. We never see or store your payment card details.

Menu items, prices and opening hours shown on this website may change without notice. The prices charged at the time of ordering are the ones that apply.

Allergens and dietary information

Our wraps are made with buckwheat, which is naturally gluten free. Our kitchen also handles other ingredients that may cause allergies or intolerances.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please let our team know before you order so we can talk you through the options. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, availability and resume.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you tick the box to agree to receive our emails.
• Website analytics: anonymous information about how the website is used (pages visited, device, approximate location), collected by Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiries.
• To assess job applications and contact candidates. Applications are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
• To send you our newsletter and offers, if you have subscribed.
• To understand how people use our website and improve it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers who help us run our business and this website: our website host, our email provider, Square (online orders and gift cards) and Google (analytics). Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, for example in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.

Newsletter and marketing emails

In line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), we only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
